My name is Ramiya (pronounced rum·i·yuh). I wear many hats - Marketing Leader, Growth Strategist, Transformation Consultant, Personal and Professional Development Coach, and more recently, Podcast Host on Fearless Fireside Chats.
Over the last five years, life at home and work has changed quite a lot.
At home, our family grew, and we doubled our headcount. I'm officially outnumbered as a boy mum and wife.
Professionally, I've worked with a Big 4 firm, specialising in collaboration design, facilitation, and delivering high-impact, performance-driving workshops. I've coached project leads and senior execs across industries to solve complex problems.
But if you really want to get to know me, here are some fun facts:
London Life: I've lived in every part of London except North. Born and raised in the South, went to university and lived in the East, got married and first lived in the West and am now settled and raising a family in South-West London. (Yes - South is still the best!)
Millennial Pride: I'm a proud millennial, quirks and all. Peace signs are my signature pose #justsaying.
Leo Energy: August is the best month of the year - and hell yes, the Leo energy is always vibing.
Numbers Girl: I read Maths, Management, and Finance at Queen Mary University of London - because numbers never lie. FACT!
Youngest FTSE100 Director: I achieved my goal of becoming a FTSE 100 Marketing Director before 30. I was one of the youngest directors at the firm. There are a lot of lessons that I learnt about myself, my craft, people and the world of work and I want to use my experience and skills to help others do and be better.
Coaching Since 2012: I've been coaching since 2012, before it was a thing with a label. Coaching and facilitating real, game-changing and most importantly lasting transformations is what really fuels my purpose.
DIY Coaching Library: My templates work so well with clients that I wanted to make transformational change accessible to all, so I created DIY coaching tools, guides, and workbooks for you to download - watch this space as I will be launching this very soon!
